Incorrect View On Dock Appointment Screen (Doc ID 2044646.1)

The requirement is to see the Dock Appointment screen with for Slot Time Interval on Resource Location set to 2 hour like "03:00 -- 05:00 -- 07:00 -- 09:00................".
But when changing the Appointment view start time as say ->03:00, Dock appointment screen is showing the result as "04:00 -- 06:00 -- 08:00 -- 10:00............" instead of "03:00 -- 05:00 -- 07:00 -- 09:00................"
Note: Slot interval remains the same as 2 hours in both the above cases.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to "Operational Planning - Appointment Management - Dock and Yard Managers"
2. Edit "BUDAPEST_STORE" and check Resource tab >> Slot Time Interval is 2h and Appointment View Start Time is 3:00 AM.
3. Click Action button then select Manage Appointments >> you will observe that the start hour is 4:00 AM instead of 3:00 AM.
