UPK: When an Author Selects "Both Exact & Smart Match", UPK Does Not Capture Smart Match (Doc ID 2044682.1)

Symptoms


Developer does not capture SmartMatch even if the option ‘Both Exact Match and SmartMatch’ is selected in UPK 12.1.0.1.

If ‘Exact Match’ is not applicable it should take ‘SmartMatch’. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to iStore application of EBS 12.2.x. This is a web based application.
2. Select Both Exact Match & Smart Help in Tools>Option>Target applications.
3. Capture some steps in iStore.
4. Check the context ID and notice that instead of Smart Match, it captures No match.
