ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Generating New Shift Data Deletes "overlap" Shift Record

When adding shift data via the "Generate Shift" option, the "last" date appears to be losing the shift record which has an overlapping time with the from date. (Table: MTH.MTH_EQUIPMENT_SHIFTS_D)

Expect the shift record to be retained

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

(1) Navigate to Site Home - Manufacturing Operations Center Administrator \ Setup \ Site Home
(2) Select tab "Entity Shift Setup"
(3) Select the appropriate site from the "Site" list of values
  ** Make note of the Start Date **
(4) Enter a new End Date
(5) Click "Generate"
(6) Confirm generation by clicking "Yes" in the pop up window

(7) run the query before and after the above steps

select EQUIPMENT_FK_KEY, AVAILABILITY_DATE, count(*)
from MTH.MTH_EQUIPMENT_SHIFTS_D
---where AVAILABILITY_DATE > '17-Mar-15' and equipment_fk_key = 23783
group by EQUIPMENT_FK_KEY,AVAILABILITY_DATE

order by EQUIPMENT_FK_KEY,AVAILABILITY_DATE
