Goal

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
When running the CAMT Bank Statement Loader (CECAMTLD) program for a file that includes multiple bank statements,  an account with a negative opening balance is loaded with a positive opening balance.

Example

===========================================
Bank statement 2015-05-25T20:49:390041284156
<Bal>
<Tp>
<CdOrPrtry>
<Cd>CLBD</Cd>
</CdOrPrtry>
</Tp>
<Amt Ccy="EUR">121.14</Amt>
<CdtDbtInd>DBIT</CdtDbtInd>

For accounts that have a positive balance then <CdtDbtInd>CRDT</CdtDbtInd>.
It appears that the program does not check to see if the account balance is a debit or credit amount (- or +) .

This works fine for the Bank Accounts having a Positive Balance.
