UOM Conversion Decimal Issues When Creating Batch in Secondary UOM Using Total Output Quantity (Doc ID 2044914.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Setup Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating a batch using secondary UOM, there is decimal dust in planned quantity.

1) Item are defined using Dual UOM Primary Pounds Secondary Each.
2) OPM Batch is created using Total Input for 20 Each.
3) The Plan Quantity should be 107900 LBS and not 107900.00108

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect planned quantity to be whole number based on conversion and not have decimal dust.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Production supervisor > batches
