ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While generating the service in the Integration repository page, the following message appears:
1. Successfully generated Web Service for Interface user.
2. Web Service is in progress for this interface. Please retry after few minutes.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Integrated SOA Gateway
2. Integration Repository
3. Find the service
4. Click on Generate
