On Dock Appointment Screen the Start Time Is 01:00 AM Instead of 00:00 AM When the Appointment View Start Time Is Set to Midnight

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On dock appointment screen Start Time for some of the locations are coming from 01:00 hours instead of 00:00 hours when the Appointment View Start Time is set to Midnight.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

STEPS
-----------------------
Setup a calendar for "Resource Location" >> "Calendar_Name"
Times Activity Activity Time Factor
Day 1 12:00 AM until 11:59 PM Perform ALL
Day 2 12:00 AM until 11:59 PM Perform ALL
Day 3 12:00 AM until 11:59 PM Perform ALL
Day 4 12:00 AM until 11:59 PM Perform ALL
Day 5 12:00 AM until 11:59 PM Perform ALL
Day 6 12:00 AM until 11:59 PM Perform ALL
Day 7 12:00 AM until 11:59 PM Perform ALL
To reproduce the issue, follow the below steps:
1. Go to "Operational Planning - Appointment Management - Dock and Yard Managers" and click search button
2. Select any location and setup the location Resource -> Appointment View Start Time = Midnight
3. After that do below steps:
- click "Action" button and after select "Manage Appointments"
- check the start hours, it is 1:00 AM for "2015-01-15" and change it to "2015-03-30", the start hour is 00:00 AM
- if you change to the day before, "2015-03-29", you will observe the hours is change back to 1:00
