Product Workbench (PWB) Bill (BOM) View Attachment Tab Crashes Browser

Symptoms

When attempting to select the attachments Tab in the Product Workbench, the following error occurs.

Error

Internet Explorer has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

 

NOTE: Above is just an example. This issue is NOT exclusive to IE, it can happen in any browser e.g. Firefox, Chrome, etc.



Steps
1. Go to the Product Workbench (PWB).
2. Select the Attachments Tab
3. The browser crashes.
