Symptoms

When trying to create a claim the following error is encountered:

Offer Accruals Does Not Exist For The Claim Customer


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create accruals for an offer for few customers.
2. For one of accrual customer, create a claim and add Offer Code on create claim page.
