Symptoms

Customer Reason and Claim Type fields on Trade Management Claims are not editable.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Responsibility: Oracle Trade Management User
  2. Navigation: Claim
  3. Create association for claim
  4. Check the fields- Claim reason, claim type and customer reason. These fields are not open to edit
