ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

An inactive item can be added to a Bill of Material (BOM) after that the item was changed to inactive.
Although the item is inactive, it still can be inserted in BOM on the condition that the item is included in the BOM already.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
An inactive item cannot be entered on a BOM

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login E-business suite
2. Go to Bills of material > bills of material
3. Create a bills of material for parent Item A and item B was included as a component.
4. Go to Inventory > items > Item master and inactivate item B
5. Go back to bills of material, query Item Query Item A
6. Click component list LOV, Item B can be found and entered without error.

An Inactive item should not be found in the item list in the BOM form neither should user be able to add it.
