Invoice Proxy Approver Details Not Stored (Doc ID 2045841.1)

User "A" setups user "B" as proxy approver on invoices.
2. User "B" submits invoice for approval that is submitted to user "X" as first level approver.
3. User "X" approves the invoice and requisition is forwarded to user "B" for final approval.
4. As user "A" has granted proxy role to user "B", notification is accessed by user "B" and user "B" approves invoice using proxy roles.

Invoice approval history table AP_INV_APRVL_HIST_ALL does not store any details of user "B".
The goal is to  to generate a report of all invoices approved by delegated users but base tables does not store the data.

Description :

When a user has a proxy access to some other user in EBS and it acts as a proxy and perform some action on the notifications (like reassgin, approveetc) , the value of Proxy user is not stored anywhere , instead the name of Granter (the User whose worklist has been accessed) is getting stored in the proxy_role column of WF_COMMENTS table.
