Symptoms
When the annual leave is applied and if the user enters in notes into the comments box, they are not able to bypass any warning messages which appear.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Log into Employee Self Service Responsibility
2) Go to Absence function
3) Create absence
4) Add the comments
5) Clcik on next
6) The page will not move further
