On : 12.2.4 version, Contract Terms Authoring
Find that when creating an RFQ or a PO, in the contract terms section, if a contract template is not applied and instead Contract Source is an Attached Document, and no Primary Contract Document has been uploaded, there is no way to remove or change or apply a new template or a new document.
Also, receive the following error:
Contract Source is Attached Document, but no Primary Contract Document has been uploaded.
Expect to be able to change or remove the uploaded document or add a contract template to the new RFQ or PO.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigating to Sourcing
2. Create an RFQ
3. Apply a template
4. Save as draft
5. Click on Contract Terms on the left
6. Update Contract Details
7. Contract Source >> Attached Document
9. Cannot apply a contract template nor remove the uploaded document
10. Click on Review
11. Go to Contract Terms Tab
12. Click on update
Takes me back to the previous screen where there is no place to remove the attached document or add terms
