Payroll Register Report Request Set Output is Not Showing Detail or Correct Totals

Find that the Payroll Register Totals is not showing correct results when there are two different runs for same check date and latest run is Skipped.
For example, Employee #xxxxxx093-2 has two runs for same paid date
This employee also had RETENTION INCEN element and it is not showing in the register report. This employee had two runs for same paid date 26-MAR-2015. One run is skipped.
26-MAR-2015 Period 7 2015 Bi-Week Federal-XFR Complete
26-MAR-2015 Period 7 2015 Bi-Week Magnetic Complete
26-MAR-2015 26-MAR-2015 Prepayments Complete
26-MAR-2015 Period 6 2015 Bi-Week Run Skipped
26-MAR-2015 Period 7 2015 Bi-Week Run Complete
The Payroll Register output only shows the Rpt Seq Id & header information for this employee, with the Gross Pay for that payment date. But the Earnings & Deductions details are NOT showing on the report, and the Payroll Register Totals is not showing correct amounts.
