Transactional Amount And Available Amount Incorrect For Pending Approval / Pending Close Claims

On : 12.2.3 version, CLAIMS

Transactional and Available Amounts are incorrect for Pending Approval / Pending Close claims

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an offer with 2 accrual records.
2. Associate offer to claim with partial amount of 1st accrual.
3. Request Approval. Approve. Claim moves to Pending Close or Pending Approval status.
4. Notice that Transactional Amount and Available Amount reduce to 1st accrual record.
