Before sending to IRD, the IR56B form is generated and distributed to employee for internal validation. For any correction, the IR56B processes would be rollback and correction made like balance adjustment, personal particulars. 

After corrections are made, the official IR56B produced shows 'Replacement - previous form submitted on dd-mm-yyyy' in the report header even though all the IR56 processes have been rolled back:

 IR56B Annual Employers Return Archive
 IR56B Annual Employers Return Hong Kong (Full)
 IR56B Annual Employers Return Magnetic Tape
