Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Requisition Creation

Search by requisition or by order in Receiving Correction gets AttributeLoadException JBO-27022 at index 36 and SQLException

 oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.AttributeLoadException: JBO-27022: Failed to load value at index 36 with java object of type java.lang.String due to java.sql.SQLException.

Steps To Reproduce
1. Go to iProcurement.
2. Click Receiving.
3. Correct Items.
4. Search by Requisition number or Order number and encounter reported error.
