Goal
Special characters are not correctly displayed in the Mobile Field Service Multiplatform (MFS MP) client application for several fields; Lists of Values (e.g. SR status lov), values for Task Description and/or Descriptive Flexfields. Interestingly, field labels that contain special characters look ok. Special characters that are not displayed correctly are replaced by a question mark ('?') on the client.
So for example:
- Résolue is displayed as R?solue
- Pièce is displayed as Pi?ce
