iSupplier Order Information Does Not Display State In Ship-To Address

In 12.1.3 iSupplier Portal
iSupplier Portal Orders view does not show the State value in the Ship-To address details. The City and Zipcode are shown, but the State is missing.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to iSupplier Portal as a Supplier user
2. Click the Orders tab
3. Click on any order
- Notice the Ship-To Address is shown, but the State is not shown in the address details.
Users need to be able to see the complete address including the State along with City and Zipcode.
