SUMMARY OF ISSUE
The value of P_API_VERSION_NUMBER is causing a problem

ERROR
Caused by: org.collaxa.thirdparty.apache.wsif.WSIFException: file:/d01/oracle/VIS/inst/apps/VIS_ip-10-62-135-75/soa/PLSQL/1680/GET_ORDER.wsdl
[GET_ORDER_ptt::GET_ORDER(InputParameters,OutputParameters) ] - WSIF JCA Execute of operation 'GET_ORDER' failed due to: Error while
converting to a Java object.

Unable to convert the XSD element P_API_VERSION_NUMBER whose SQL type is NUMBER and JDBC type is NUMERIC.

Cause: java.lang.NumberFormatException;
nested exception is:
ORABPEL-11803
Error while converting to a Java object.
Unable to convert the XSD element P_API_VERSION_NUMBER whose SQL type is NUMBER and JDBC type is NUMERIC.
Cause: java.lang.NumberFormatException
Check to ensure that the XML data describing the object matches the definition of the element in the XSD.
Contact oracle support if error is not fixable.
