TeleService: After Upgrade to R12.2.x Service Activities Do Not Show Billing Types and Order Management Information (Doc ID 2047471.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade to 12.2.x Service Activities Details page does not show Billing Types and OM header & Line Types information.

The settings should be visible as defined in Release 12.1.3.

Steps:

(R) Service
(N) Setup > Charges > Service Activities and Billing Types

Changes

Upgrade to Release 12.2.x
