ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating follow-up Task in FSTP, the customer_id is not populated in jtf_tasks_b table

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect customer_id to get populated in jtf_tasks_b

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Follow-up task in FSTP
2. check the customer_id in jtf_tasks_b
