GLFYCF module: Year-End Carry Forward

Symptoms

Year-End Carry Forward was run to roll forward to next year the Encumbrance balance.

The output of the Year-End Carry Forward was checked against Encumbrance Trial Balance and it was observed that some accounts were not picked up by the process and for these accounts the encumbrance balances were not rolled forward to next year.

In order to have a balanced Carry forward, the difference was rolled forward into Reserve for encumbrance account.
