When drilling down to eBusiness Center (ASTRCALL) from Advanced Collections (IEXRCALL), the following error occurs:
FRM-40105 Unable to resolve reference to item IEXCUOVW_HEADER.VIEW_BY_TYPE
FRM-40105 Unable to resolve reference to item IEXRCINT_PROFILE.PROFILE_CALSS_NAME
FRM-40105 Unable to resolve reference to item IEXRCINT_PROFILE.COLLECTOR_NAME
Note: In some instances the error might read 'IEXRCINT_PROFILE.PROFILE_CLASS_NAME'
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Collections Agent
- Query a customer and double click on the Organization name to drill down to the eBusiness Form.
- Click on the Collections tab.
