Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Invoicing

The PAIGEN PRC: Generate Draft Invoices process is not generating invoices for a percent complete project even though the correct percentages have been entered for the tasks.  The output report shows:  

 "No Eligible Expenditures Or Events"
