Symptoms
In Production Planning ... when changing a visit status from draft to planned using the plan visit choice from the drop down menu .. the following error occurs.
ERROR
"You do not have update privileges on this project. A project can be updated only by its key members or users with cross-project responsibility"
STEPS
1. CMRO -> Planning -> Visit Work Package -> Create
2. Enter visit info including the project template
3. Select MR for visit and associate to visit.
4. Select Plan Visit and click the Go button .... error displayed
