R12/CE: CAMT53 Loader Populates Statement Line Exchange Date But Not Rate Type (Doc ID 2048248.1)

Symptoms

When importing a CAMT53 statement with foreign currency transactions using the CAMT loader program (CMCAMTLD) the column

CE_STATEMENT_LINES_INTERFACE.EXCHANGE_RATE_DATE

is populated with the statement date but it does not populate USER_EXCHANGE_RATE_TYPE.

When running autoreconciliation it reports "Inconsistent exchange rates" - as it tries to compare with the corporate rate type.
