R12.2 "Services" Event Type Can Not Be Invoiced In R12.2.4 (Doc ID 2048458.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Invoices

When running "PRC: Draft Invoice Generation" to process the events created with the event type "Services", the events are not processed and there is the message :

ERROR

No eligible expenditures or events


STEPS
-----------------------
Submit draft invoice generation.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Pending events are not processed.
