CREATEPO: Intermittently POs are Not Created from Approved Requisitions Using the Createpo Workflow (Doc ID 2048522.1)

On an intermittent basis after a Requisition is approved and the CREATEPO workflow completes, a few of the Purchase Orders (POs) are not getting created. Based on the setup, the lines in the requisition should have been autocreated to PO’s.

In the workflow debug log CREATEPO shows the CREATE_FAILED error.
