Holland-Springfield Twp. JEDZ Is Not Available For Ohio 1.5% Tax Applies As Of July 1 2015 (Doc ID 2048551.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Geocode issues

There was a letter stating that their location has a new tax district is Holland-Springfield Twp. JEDZ and there is a 1.5% tax that is effective as of July 1st, 2015. The new location is not available in US Cities.  It is unknown what the 4 digit city GEOCODE it should be set up with. The Ohio website does not have updated information regarding this tax.

If employers in Ohio do not withhold the correct local tax from employees, the employer is liable to pay the tax themselves.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. There is a new tax, effective 01-JUL-2015, for Holland-Springfield Twp J at 1.5%
2. Oracle does not deliver the Tax Exists box as checked for this city
3. Tax Override city: Springfield Twp, Lucas County, 43528
4. Ohio rules state that if the employer doesn't withhold the appropriate local taxes from the employees, it must pay the local taxes itself.
