Receipts Workbench Issue: Datafix: AR Create Accounting Does Not Pick Data For Accounting (Doc ID 2048772.1)

Issue:
======
User is not able to post receipts and transactions to GL and as a result unable to close periods

Few receipts which are using Multi-Fund Account, is not getting accounted because of error message:

0 The subledger journal entry does not balance in the entered currency.
Please verify the entered amounts on the journal entry lines.

ANALYSIS
=========
Though event is created and stamped on all the AR & XLA tables, no data
exists for that event in xla_events table.

From the the data in xla_events and found that event_id doesn't exist.
There are few events which are having the event_status_code as 'Z'

Same is the issue for the transactions too.

Fix Approach
============
a. event_id has to be nulled out for such transactions/receipts.
b. New event_id has to be stamped in RA,GLD,CRH.
