Information in this document applies to any platform.
On 12.1.3 - Planner's Desktop, trying to create the Part Requirement Order from MFS Multiplatform.
When selecting the Technician, it worked just fine.
But when selecting "Third Party", system is automatically converting it to "Technician".
Also, when trying to change the Address Type on the requirement, system is not allow users to change to "Third Party" and it is failing with below error.
Your last transaction failed with following message:
Execution of procedure Update_requirement_headers failed because the following unexpected errors occurred:
Cause: ORA-01403: no data found.
Action: Please contact your technical representative.
Phone - Trying order Part ABC-1000-0010 for order
- Select Address Type = 'Third Party'
=> Part ABC-1000-0010 is retrieved.
- Click 'Done' button (top right)
=> The Address Type changed back to 'Technician'.
- Changed it back to 'Third Party'
- Click 'Order' button (top right)
=> The part requirement is created again with 'Address Type' = 'Technician'.
- When trying to change it again, the error mentioned above appears.
