When attempting to Supply Chain Cost Rollup - Print Report,
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Cost Management Responsibility
2. Go to Item Costs -- Supply Chain Cost Rollup
3. Enter the parameters and submit
