Order Import is Not Splitting Order Line When Sufficient Quantity is Not Available (Doc ID 2049378.1)

OM Parameter: Scheduling Auto Split Criteria is set to "Without Substitution"

When importing orders using EDI(Electronic Data Interface) , Order Import is not splitting order line when sufficient quantity is not available.

First run of the Order Import fails to import the Order and error seen:  'ORA-01086: savepoint 'SPLIT_SCHEDULING' never established in this session or is invalid'

After clearing the Request Id and Error flag for the failing record , Order Import does not split the line based on available quantity.


When the Order is entered online , the line is split when sufficient quantity is not available.


The line should split if sufficient quantity is unavailable even when the Order is imported using Order Import


1. Log into the Order Management Responsibility
2. Load data into the interface table for an ITEM with insufficient quantity available.
3. Run Order Import and check the order line once the order is imported.
