Manager SSHR Workflow Action History Timestamp is not displaying correct time

On : 12.2.4 version, In Production

Within Manager Self Service, workflow action history views, all action timestamps are showing a different time than current server time.

All workflow actions should show in current server timezone

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with Manager Self Service
2. Navigate to workflow approvals history
3. See that all timestamps are showing future timestamps
