Field Service: Personal Tasks Created On MFS Multi Platform Not Seen In Dispatch Center Gantt Or Planboard

On : 12.1.3 version, Multiplatform Based on HTML5
When a personal task is created on Mobile Field Service (MFS) - either Olite based or multiplatform (no difference) - that task does not show on the Dispatch Center (CSFDCMAI) gantt or planboard.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create personal task on MFS multiplatform (from task list, press menu and then add personal task)
2. synchronize device
3. run Processes Uploaded Mobile Date concurrent request
4. verify the task exists (in task manager form)
5. open Dispatch Center, locate the resource and confirm the task is not displayed there
