Customer Account Level Not Visible In Oracle Sales Upon R12 Upgrade

On : 12.2.4 version, TCA Integration
Customer Accounts not visible in Sales Online upon R12 upgrade.
Navigate to Sales Super User > Navigate to Customer tab > Search for a Customer >
There is a accounts tab / link / menu available on the left pane.
When we upgraded to R12.2.4.
Navigate to Sales Super User > Navigate to Customers Link on top right corner > Search for a customer.
There are tabs available in the page but 'Accounts' tab is not available.
Please suggest if this is intentional and the configuration needed to bring it back.
