Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Reconciliation and Clearing

When submitting the Bank Statement Loader with the parameters Import and Autoreconcile the following error occurs:


ERROR
-----------------------
REP-0501: Unable to connect to the specified database.
ORA-12537: TNS:connection closed

REP-0501: Unable to connect to the specified database.
ORA-12537: TNS:connection closed

REP-0501: Unable to connect to the specified database.
ORA-12537: TNS:connection closed

REP-0309: Unable to connect to the specified database after three attempts. Access denied.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) Other Requests

2. Submit the Bank Statement Loader with the parameters Import and Autoreconcile.
