On : 12.1.3 version, Endeca based search
The end dated supplier's item from Global Blanket Purchase Agreement ("GBPA") are showing in the Endeca search results.
End dating suppliers without getting the active blankets/orders closed. The GBPA is active, but the supplier is end dated.
Users expect to not see the end date supplier items from GBPA in the Endeca search.
Steps To Reproduce
1. In AP(Payables), receive the communications to end-date a Supplier Site before others are notified.
2. AP would do this immediately to ensure no other activity is performed for a supplier which will no longer do business with.
3. After AP end-dates a supplier, the communication will flow down to the catalog managers to remove the catalog which will prompt the end-dating of the GBPA.
4. There is a time gap between step 2 and 3 where the users can create the requisition if the item is showing up in Endeca search results.
