Customer Form: Updating Shipping Information Gives Error: You Can Not Update The Internal Location Of A Ship To Address When Requisition Line Exist For The Location (Doc ID 2050276.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version  and above, Customers Module,  Site Use form > Order Management tab.

Freight Terms can not be updated for an Internal Location

When updating the Freight Terms for an Internal Location through the customer form business purpose page, the following error appears:
   


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Receivables:
Customers > Create/Maintain Customers

  1. Query the Customer with the issue
  2. Navigate to Ship To business purpose site use tied to an internal location.
  3. Update Freight Terms field or other fields on the page.
