No Longer Able to Use a Comma as a Decimal Separator in Score/Strategy Setup (Doc ID 2050298.1)

Symptoms

When using a comma as a decimal separate in the Strategy setup, the following errors happen:

Newly created strategies -
Form validation failures:
Value "10,01" in "Lowest Applicable Score" is not a number


Strategies created before the application of February 2015 RPC -


java.lang.ClassCastException: oracle.apps.iex.strategyAdminUI.server.IEXStrategyGroupsVORowImpl cannot be cast to oracle.apps.iex.strategyAdminUI.server.IEXStrategyTemplatesVORowImpl
at oracle.apps.iex.strategyAdminUI.server.IEXStrategyGroupsAMImpl.setSelectFlag(IEXStrategyGroupsAMImpl.java:775)
at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke0(Native Method)
