Create a receiving return 18-08-2015 10:00:00 is appended to the transaction date,
When attempting to save the receipt the following error is displayed:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Receiving > Returns
2. Find the BPA release
3. Input a Transaction Date
4. When saving the receiving return the above error is displayed
