Error in standard jtfihawn.jsp in R12.2.4
While creating Wrap Up using Interaction History JSP Admin Responsibility the following Error is shown
Error 404 -- Not Found
From RPC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol - HTTP/1.1:
xx.x.x 404 Not Found
The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.
If the server does not wish to make this information available to the client, the status code 403 (Forbidden) can be used instead.
The 410 (Gone) status code should be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R) Interaction History JSP Admin
(N)CRM Foundation/Interaction History/Configuration/Wrap-up
Click on Go button, next to Outcome. Select Outcome, Error is Shown.
Click on Go button, next to Marketing Source Code. Select Marketing Source Code, Error is Shown.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create wrap-ups for use in the new 12.2.4 system.
