Symptoms
Unable to Add Row at the 2nd Last Row of any Web ADI Spreadsheet on 12.2.4.
This can be re-produced with the following steps:
1. Download and open any new Web ADI Excel Spreadsheet.
2. Un-protect the spreadsheet.
3. Cursor at the 2nd last row of the spreadsheet table.
4. Right click the row and select "Insert".
5. Nothing happens.
