On Task Scheduling & Assignment window:
When attempting to re-assign a Task, the following error occurs:
Encountered error while assigning the Task <TASK_NUMBER>
Duplicate Assignments are not allowed for a Task. Please check the Assignment details.
Steps To Reproduce:
- Create a Service Request and a Task.
- Open the Tasks tab and assign the Task
- Select Employee Resource as Assignee Type, and assign this Task to an employee. Save.
- Perform one or more re-assignments of the Task (delete the Employee in the Assignee field)
=> On some occasions the error is thrown. This happens intermittently.
