Canadian Payroll Archive Process Hanging On Pay_Archive.Process_Employee - this happens when Vacation bank and Vacation Payout elements are assigned to an employee as elements.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Other Definitions > Table Structure, create a vacation bank as tablename : Vacation Bank, column : Years of Service.
  2. Navigate to Other Definitions > Table Values, assign values to the table 'Vacation Bank'
  3. Assign to Vacation Bank Accumulator element link, linked open.
  4. Assign Vacation Bank Accumulator element and Vacation Bank Payout element to employee
  5. Run a quickpay for Period start: 01-Mar-20XX, 31-Mar-20XX
  6. Date earned: 31-Mar-20XX
  7. Date Paid: 31-Mar-20XX
  8. Run Pre-payments for the quickpay
  9. Run the Canadian Payroll Archiver.
  10. Receive the same error.
