When attempting to enter the Blanket Sales Agreement (BSA) for a Customer with long name the following error occurs:

ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735 WHEN-NEW-ITEM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502
Issue can be replicated it at will with a customer name created with a a size of 360 characters that is hz_parties.party_name maximum size in 12.1.3

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log Into the Order Management Responsibility.
2. Navigate to Sales Agreement> Sales Agreement.
3. Enter the Agreement for a customer whose name is 360 characters or more.
4. Get the error.
