UPK: Submit Button is Not Visible in the Ask An Expert Window (Doc ID 2051688.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.0.1 version, Knowledge Center

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When selecting the "Ask an Expert" or "Provide Feedback" options, the popup window is not large enough and you cannot see the Submit button unless you hit the tab key.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Knowledge Center
2. Ask a Question link
3. Pop up window opens
4. Cannot see Submit button
