On : 12.2.4 version, Analysis Tab

When attempting to run the Refresh Case Folder process
the following error occurs.

ORACLE error 20001 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20001:
ORA-06512: at "APPS.APP_EXCEPTION", line 72
ORA-06512: at "APPS.AR_CMGT_REFRESH_CONC", line 215
ORA-06512: at line 1

1. Run the Refresh Case Folder Data Program
